Pintard: “You Are In The Chair, Fix It”
Opposition Leader, Michael Pintard, responding to Prime Minister Philip Davis’ national address on Monday, which was centered on the country’s energy sector, along with its current power generation issues.
In response to Davis’ address, Pintard says that Davis wasted the Bahamian people’s time, describing the speech as using “flowery language” amidst un-reliable power for the Bahamian people.
Additionally, Pintard challenges Davis’ remarks on overtime abuse and leadership failures within Bahamas Power & Light, saying that under his administration employees are being placed in various roles.
