The Royal Saint Lucia Police Force is stepping up efforts to strengthen the professional capacity of its officers, with a renewed focus on ensuring equal access to training and development opportunities across the organisation. Assistant Commissioner of Police Albert Charlery says the initiative is aimed at building a more capable, responsive and professionally equipped force.
