That’s the call from Opposition Spokesperson on Rural and Community Development, Dr. Kenneth Russell, during the Sectoral Debate.
Dr. Russell argued that poverty levels remain higher in rural areas and says targeted interventions are needed to improve economic opportunities and quality of life for residents.
