Saint Lucia Introduces Advance Ruling Regime To Improve Trade Certainty(NOVEMBER 2ND, 2026)
Saint Lucia is introducing greater predictability into its import and export processes, allowing businesses to obtain binding Customs decisions on the classification and origin of goods before they arrive in the country. The new Advance Ruling Regime is expected to reduce uncertainty for traders, minimise importation disputes and improve the ease of doing business.
