Wilson: This Is Just Smoke & Mirrors
The suspension of Senior Mechanical Technician, Wellington Porter, at BPL has been extended for an additional 20 days, according to Bahamas Electrical Workers Union (BEWU) President, Kyle Wilson, Tuesday.
In response, Wilson says the move to extend Porter’s suspension is a “smoke and mirrors” tactic to distract the public on real issues happening in the country.
Porter was suspended last week Tuesday (August 18th) following an investigation launched into his overtime hours at BPL.
