Health Ministry warns of a waterborne diseases outbreak

Health CECM Daniel Yumbya, while addressing nurses during International Nurses' Week celebrations at Machakos People's Park, cautioned residents to be wary as the flooding waters are polluted. He said tetanus cases could also be reported, as the deluge could be polluted with metals, posing a risk to those caught in the floods.
