PROJECT BLOOM! [26TH JUNE 2026] – The Queens for Change initiative of the National Carnival Queen Pageant 2026 is making an impact beyond the stage through community-based projects that empower young people. Among them is Project Bloom, an initiative by Miss Duty Free Pointe Seraphine Eudoxia Poleon, which brought together students for two days of mentorship and skills training designed to prepare them for future academic and career success.
