Complaints and Investigation Officers from the Consumer Affairs Department are conducting checks
To ensure that the 12.5% reduction in the Value Added Tax (VAT) is reflected in the prices of the impacted goods on shelves, Complaints and Investigation Officers from the Consumer Affairs Department have been conducting checks throughout the island before and after implementation of the zero-rating policy measure.
