A deadly U.S. military strike in the Caribbean is raising fresh questions in Saint Lucia after local fishermen disappeared on the same day a suspected drug-trafficking vessel was destroyed at sea. But the Royal Saint Lucia Police Force says there is no evidence connecting the two incidents — and is making it clear that it provided no intelligence to U.S. authorities ahead of the strike.
