US-Bound Passengers Required To Complete Health Attestation Form
Passengers travelling to the United States on Caribbean Airlines will now be required to complete a mandatory online health attestation form before departure.
The airline said the new requirement takes effect from 11:59 pm Eastern Standard Time on November 3rd, and applies to all travellers boarding international flights to the United States.
According to Caribbean Airlines, the measure has been introduced to assist US authorities in managing health risks associated with Ebola. Passengers must complete and submit the attestation form online before checking in for their flight.
The airline is encouraging travellers to complete the process ahead of time to avoid delays at the airport.
