The Government of Jamaica and the World Bank formalise a grant agreement for the National Reconstruction Implementation Support Project, supporting Jamaica’s national reconstruction and resilience efforts.
The signing ceremony marks an important step in strengthening the implementation and coordination of reconstruction initiatives aimed at supporting Jamaica’s recovery and building resilience to future disasters.
The project aligns with Jamaica’s broader reconstruction efforts following Hurricane Melissa, including support for enhanced programme management and the development of climate- and disaster-resilient infrastructure.
