Arkansas Senate passes 2 bills regulating cryptomines, next stop: House of Representatives

The Arkansas Senate passed two bills regulating crypto mining at the fiscal session Wednesday, in response to growing outcry around the state. Though both bills passed through the Senate by a wide margin, there was a lot of tension in the air. "I think we had great debate on what crypto mining looks like in the State of Arkansas and how to regulate it and how to make sure that the nuisances that may be generated by those that don't want to play by our laws get addressed," said State Sen.
