CARICOM IMPACS taking World Cup threat seriously

The CARICOM Implementation Agency for Crime and Security (IMPACS) is taking very seriously a threat made by the ISIS Media group, Nashir Pakistan calling for attacks against the ICC World Cup Cricket tournament.
