Cars drive by tornadoes tearing across Texas and Nebraska

A tornado emergency was declared in parts of Nebraska as damaging twisters threatened populated areas. Severe weather was forecast tonight and throughout the weekend, with tens of millions at risk in parts of the Plains and Midwest.
