George Building Collapse | Engineer was under investigation

Nineteen people are still unaccounted for following the collapse of a building in George last week. Authorities are still working on identifying the 33 who died. It's also become public that the Engineering Council of South Africa previously received two complaints against a registered professional who was working on the building.
