Security and Defence Analyst Professor Michael Clarke discusses US Secretary of State, Antony Blinken's meeting with the Chinese Foreign Minister and China's President Xi Jingping over concerns that China is powering Russia's war. China is not supplying weapons to Russia however they supply Russia with components needed for missiles and high-tech weapons. They also facilitate the supply of weapons from North Korea to Russian ports.
