Little Rock students triumph in state tournament, fundraising for globals underway

A team of 6th graders from Forest Heights STEM Academy in Little Rock are fundraising to get to their global competition. The team, Next Generation, won 1st place at the state level and is now aiming for the Destination Imagination global finals set in Kansas City at the end of May. Other teams moving onto the global finals from the Little Rock School District (LRSD) include: Forest Heights STEM Academy 'Raconteurs', Pulaski Heights/Mann Magnet 'Airplane Mode', Little Rock West School of Innovation 'The Crows', and Williams Magnet 'The Fancy DI Dreamers'.
