The accused were identified as Vicky Sahab Gupta, 24, and Sagar Shrijogendra Pal, 21, from Masihi in West Champaran district of Bihar. Prime Minister Narendra Modi assured people that they need not fear when he says he has big plans for the country in his election speeches.
