Due to this, passengers traveling through the sea coast road from Kakinada to Uppada are facing severe difficulties. The beach road from Uppada to Kakinada was flooded. The local people are expressing fear that the sea will flood the villages under the sea. A number has already been issued to the local Kakinada port for the emergency call center.
