National darts team preparing for regional championship

A fifteen member team, made up of ten males and five females, will represent Barbados at the 2024 Caribbean Darts Championships in Jamaica in July. CBC Sports caught up with the national team during a practice session recently at the National Stadium, where they were fine-tuning their techniques ahead of the meet. Coach Gregory Catlyn says that despite a few work committements hampering practice sessions, the team is still in a good position to be successful. With a number of youngsters on the national team, President Wendy Barrow is hoping that more younger players will gain an interest, as the 2024 local season gets going next month.
