NCC Heads To Orlando Carnival 2024

The National Carnival Commission (NCC) is promoting T&T Carnival to diasporic spaces, while building engagement and relationships with foreign Carnivals and their teams.  The NCC’s Commissioner Darian Marcelle will be participating in the first of this initiative and tells Natasha what they are looking forward to this weekend at Orlando Carnival.
