Visit any large city around the world, and you'll likely face traffic. New York is trying to do something about congestion. Cars entering Manhattan at 60th Street and below will be subject to a $15 toll. For motorcycles, it’s $7.50, while trucks will have to pay up to $36. According to a new poll, a majority of New Yorkers oppose the city’s congestion price plan. Barring a last-minute legal challenge, motorists will have to pay a toll to access the southern part of Manhattan starting in June. Supporters say it’ll help get the mass transit system back on track. CGTN’s William Denselow reports.
