NICU media tour cancelled after legal letter

A media tour of the Port of Spain General Hospital's NICU Ward was cancelled hours after a pre-action protocol letter was issued to the NWRHA. The legal letter from Freedom Law Chambers flagged several concerns with the activity. As Jesse Ramdeo reports, questions also were raised about whether evidence at the ward where several pre-term babies died may have been tampered with.
