Northern Ireland government: Dup endorses proposals on post-Brexit trade rules

After two years, devolved government could return to Northern Ireland. Leaders of the main Unionist party, the DUP, have approved rejoining the power-sharing arrangement with the Republicans of Sinn Fein, who want a united Ireland.
