NRM MANIFESTO-2021-2026 MIDTERM REVIEW, 35% COMMITMENT ACHIEVED

The mid-term review of the NRM Manifesto, two and a half years into its implementation, reveals that the government has achieved 35% of its commitments, with 46% underway and 19% pending. Wills Bashasha, the Director of the Manifesto Implementation Unit at the Office of the President, noted an improvement from the previous score of 20% in May 2023. Despite progress, corruption persists as a major obstacle to the manifesto's successful implementation.
