Protests continue at George Washington University

Scores of students participating in pro-Palestinian protest encampments on university campuses across the U.S. have been arrested this week. Many others have vowed to remain where they are until their schools cut financial ties with Israel amid the crisis in Gaza. Some students at at George Washington University in Washington, D.C. were suspended on Friday, and others were warned of further discipline. CGTN’s Poppie Mphuthing visited the GWU campus on Saturday to speak with the student protesters and others who were there showing solidarity with the cause.
