Red Cross: 10 people have died owing to heavy rains

Yesterday's heavy downpour has led to the death of 10 people through the raging floods according to the kenya red cross. The flood waters have severed a section of the road at the Maji-mazuri bridge in Mwiki Kasarani constituency, paralyzing transport in the region. A majority of residents have been forced to halt activities after their businesses were submerged by the heavy rains witnessed last evening. Among the most affected regions include Mathare, Baba Dogo, Lindi, Zimmerman and Githurai.
