Four men have appeared in a Russian court on terrorism charges following an attack on a concert hall in Moscow that killed more than 130 people. The men, who appeared before a court on Sunday, showed signs of severe beatings as they faced the formal charges, with one appearing to be barely conscious during the hearing.
