Singapore Red Cross sends 3rd tranche of aid to Gaza

The Singapore Red Cross is sending its third tranche of aid, worth over S$800,000, to assist affected communities in Gaza. It is working with the Egyptian Red Crescent Society to provide food support and procure medical supplies for hospitals. It is also sending civilian volunteers for the first time to help with the relief efforts. What is behind this move and how will the Red Cross ensure their safety?
