Sixth phase of voting in India’s seven-phase election is under way in New Delhi

Polls have open in India for the sixth phase of the country's general election. Voters in six states, two federally governed regions and the capital New Delhi are casting their ballots. Prime Minister Narendra Modi's BJP party has won all but two national elections in Delhi in the past three decades. Al Jazeera’s Um-e-Kulsoom Shariff reports.
