St Lucian Gospel Singer Launches Charity Named After Her Late Mother

St Lucian gospel singer, Shirley-Ann Cyril Mayers has added another achievement to her resume with the launch of a charity named after her late mother. Miss L's Charity has now partnered with two NGO's from Martinique to bring relief to the elderly, marginalized and less fortunate. Manasseh Stanislaus has her story.
