Star prosecution witness Michael Cohen testifies in Trump hush money trial

Michael Cohen, who was Donald Trump's lawyer and self-described fixer and is now a fierce critic, testified that Mr. Trump directed him to pay adult film star Stormy Daniels. Cohen said he told Mr. Trump he would pay Daniels from a home equity line of credit. But prosecutors have not presented direct evidence that Mr. Trump told anyone to falsify business records, and Cohen will face defense attacks over his credibility.
