The exercise started late in three sub counties

National Population and Housing Census exercise in most parts of Moroto district started after midday while some sub-counties the exercise has been stayed to tomorrow. This followed enumerators' failure to operate the tablets due to system breakdown; enumarators and supervisors were called back after they failed to log in the system. Enumarators are however not happy with UBOS for not giving them Umbrellas gumboots and rain jackets.
