The training for Tradewinds 2024 will carry on to the upcoming ICC Men's T20 Cricket World Cup and beyond. This is according to Land Track Lead Planner for the exercise, Captain Shane Drakes. He was speaking to members of the media, who got to experience first hand some of the training at Paragon Base in Christ Church. The group was exposed to live firing exercises, a medical simulation, and public order training at the Earth Station in St. John. But the highlight of the day was the ride in the US Military Black Hawks under the command of Officer in Charge of the Black Hawk Operation for Exercise TRADEWINDS, Major Salvator Garcia. The group left Paragon Base and journeyed to St. John, followed by a short trip to Bridgetown and back to where it all started.
