MP Saddam Hosein Spreads Christmas Cheer Across Barataria/San Juan
MP for Barataria/ San Juan Saddam Hosein continued his trek through his constituency this weekend, delivering Christmas cheer and goodwill.
His mission to deliver the message of hope to constituents started earlier this week and ends today, as he hopes to cover his entire constituency.
MP Hosein is also Minister of Land and Legal Affairs and Minister in the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries.
In adopting the role of Santa Claus, he said this drive has been mandated for all MPs by Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar.
« This is what the people of Trinidad and Tobago voted for. They voted for a change. We said when the UNC wins, everybody wins, and the children are winning here today. We are ensuring that we are serving each and every citizen of this country. You can see the joy on these children’s faces, because we are here to bring that happiness that our Prime Minister has told us to do as a mandate to ensure that we serve every single citizen of Trinidad and Tobago. »
