Relations within CARICOM have reached near cold war levels as Prime Minister, Kamla Persad-Bissessar, launched a scathing broadside against regional leaders. In a late-night response to criticism from Antigua and Barbuda, the Prime Minister accused the 15-member bloc of aligning with the Maduro narco-government, labelling their Zone of Peace doctrine as mere fakery.
