I Love Tobago - Uptown Fascinators At Junior Panorama
Tobago’s presence at the PanTrinbago Junior Panorama is growing, with three bands set to compete in the semi-finals on Tuesday, January 13. This, I Love Tobago segment highlights one of the newest entrants, the Uptown Fascinators Youth Orchestra, and showcases Amari Douglas, one of the island’s youngest arrangers, making his debut with the band.
