SAINT LUCIA SIGNS NON-BINDING MOU WITH U.S. REGARDING THIRD-COUNTRY NATIONALS
Prime Minister Philip J. Pierre has announced a preliminary, non-binding memorandum of understanding with the United States focused on the potential transfer and management of third-country nationals.
The announcement, made during his new year’s address to the nation Sunday night.
