NYC ELECTS NEW EXECUTIVE. BERNELL ST. ROSE IS PRESIDENT
The Saint Lucia National Youth Council has a new executive.
It is headed by Bernell St. Rose, the head of the faith united sports club of Soufriere. St. Rose defeated David Henry of rethink youth.
