Empty containers moved off site, easing Port Castries congestion(FEBRUARY 4TH, 2026)
Authorities have relocated empty containers to an off-site facility in Cul de Sac to reduce congestion at Port Castries.
The government is also planning a 40-acre transshipment port by 2030 to enhance cargo handling and support future shipping needs.
