We’re turning our attention to Trinbago Talent Uncovered, a major national initiative focused on discovering, developing, and empowering creative talent across Trinidad and Tobago.

They’re here to share how Trinbago Talent Uncovered has evolved from a competition platform into a comprehensive talent development programme, and what that shift means for creatives nationwide. From structured training and mentorship to industry exposure and community-based showcases, the initiative is designed to create real pathways into the creative industries while strengthening national participation and cultural pride.
