Red Lobster’s 36-year-old CEO Damola Adamolekun was the keynote speaker at this year’s Invest Fest and told media at a post-conference briefing that although there is no broad advice to give for success, you must accept that there will be challenges and hire a good team.
Adamoleken is best known for navigating PF Chang’s after its CEO left during COVID-19, and turning Red Lobster around after bankruptcy.
