The Trinidad and Tobago Securities and Exchange Commission is putting virtual-asset operators on notice.
The TTSEC says the legal deadlines for virtual-asset providers have expired, and anyone who failed to notify the Commission or apply for the regulatory sandbox is already in breach, with heavy penalties ahead.
