Tobago’s Community IMPACT Programme Returns For Third Cycle
The Division of Education is launching the 3rd cycle of the Community IMPACT Programme in Tobago, a free initiative designed to help adults complete CXC subjects, improve literacy and numeracy, and gain practical skills for employment and entrepreneurship.
