SALCC Introduces HomeBiogas Units to Boost Sustainable Farming(MARCH 17TH, 2026)
The Sir Arthur Lewis Community College has received two HomeBiogas units for its farm in Mabouya Valley as part of the Recycle Organics Programme aimed at improving organic waste management and supporting sustainable farming.
The systems will process pig waste into energy and fertilizer while also serving as a learning site for students.
