SLTU Presidency Candidate Condemns Division Throughout Campaign Period(MARCH 23RD, 2026)
The St. Lucia Teachers’ Union (SLTU) upcoming elections which will determine the leadership of the union for the 2026–2028 term are fast approaching and concerns are emerging over what has been described as increasingly unethical campaign behavior among some candidates.
One candidate during his campaign condemned the rise of public attacks, accusations, and internal disclosures shaping the election campaign, describing the trend as deeply irresponsible and harmful to the Union’s credibility.
