Munroe: “A Criminal Investigation Has Been Opened”
Minister Wayne Munroe has confirmed that a criminal investigation has officially been opened following the police-involved shooting that led to the death of an American Pike worker, Cody Castillo. The shooting occurred on Saturday outside of Da Plantation Bar and Grill.
