EAST MP LEADS WATER INFRASTRUCTURE TOUR
Member of Parliament for Tobago East, David Thomas, recently led a comprehensive tour of key water infrastructure facilities across the island. The assessment, which took place on Tuesday, August 19th, 2025, aimed to evaluate the current state and needs of Tobago’s water supply.
Joined by Clive Elder, Minister in the Ministry of Public Utilities, and Shivana Sam, Parliamentary Secretary in the Ministry of Public Utilities, the delegation visited the Courland Water Treatment Plant, the Bad Hill Tanks, and the Hillsborough Dam.
