PM on Oban Project: [Pintard] Said It Was A Rookie Mistake
PM: “Do You Want A Rookie Prime Minister?”
Prime Minister Philip Davis criticized the former FNM administration’s $5.5B Oban Energies deal during a PLP rally in West End, Grand Bahama.
The prime minister pointed to comments from current FNM Leader Michael Pintard, who previously described the deal as a “rookie mistake,” and used it to question his leadership.
Davis asking his supporters: “Do you want a rookie prime minister?”
The proposed Oban project aimed to bring an oil refinery and storage facility to Grand Bahama.
