PLP Mt. Moriah Candidate: “You Can Hate Me Now”
PLP Mt. Moriah candidate McKell Bonaby addressing haters as he took the stage at the party’s Central West New Providence Rally tonight. Quoting Nas’ 1999 hit “Hate Me Now”, Beneby addressed critics saying: “You can hate me now, but I won’t stop now.”
Benenby, who is also The Bahamas Public Parks and Beaches Authority executive chairman, has been under scrutiny in recent days after budget documents revealed the Authority spent more than 141 million dollars up to December 2025. The Mt. Moriah candidate did not address concerns about overspending at the agency during his speech tonight.
